Can I add other products to my box?


YES. You can add as many other grocery items to your order as you wish (subject to availability). Select any of our products we have in our online shop. We have selected the most popular products for your choice online. You can also add other items from our store not currently available online, mention what you would like in the notes section at checkout and we will be in touch to organise payment of these.

Is all the produce certified organic?


YES. All our fresh produce and groceries are certified organic and we will never substitute with non-organic products.

What do I do if I am not home to receive the delivery?


You are not always going to be home when we drop of your delivery. So you can arrange the delivery to be placed in a sheltered position on your front porch or somewhere in the shade.

Is there a minimum spend?


If you order any of our set boxes, there is no minimum spend. If you prefer to build your own box, there is a minimum order of $50.

What are the standard size seasonal boxes?


Below is a table of the 4 classic mixed box sizes we offer.

1. Small box = $50 Recommended for singles or a couple

2. Medium box = $70 Recommended for couple or a small family

3. Large box = $90 Recommended for a family

4. X-Large box = $150 Recommended for a large family

Does my order have to include a box?


No. Our seasonal boxes offer our fruit & vegetables, but if you prefer and order without fruit & veg, you can build an order with whatever you want from our pantry, fridge & kitchen range. If you aren’t ordering a set box, then you’ll need to spend a minimum of $50.

What days do you deliver in my area?


We deliver Wednesday & Saturday to locations 25 kilometers from our store. Contact us if you fall outside this zone.

How can I find out the box contents?


We post box contents on the website every Monday & Thursday. We also email if anything new is on it’s way, so you can check whether you’d like to add any extras. We try very hard to stick to the planned contents, but the unpredictability of nature means that we must occasionally make last-minute changes.

Can I still use the home delivery order form?


We hope you will try one of our 10 box seasonal options and use the notes section at checkout to make any changes or additions, although if you still prefer to make a specific order please fill out this list and return by email to orders@dunnandwalton.com.au, at the latest 2pm Tuesday for Wednesday Delivery or 2pm Friday for Saturday Delivery. We will be in contact to make a manual credit card payment. $15 handling applies.
